Procedure
Our leases for all of our properties are for 11.5 months term either from 15th August to 31st July for flats or 1st September to 15th August for houses.
The rent does not include bills such as Gas, Electricity, Water, council tax or TV license which will have to be put into the tenants’ names. Only one TV Licence per property is required.
We will require each tenant to provide a working parent living in the UK to act as a guarantor. The rent is paid monthly in advance by standing order monthly or termly if agreed by the landlord in September, January and April.
All foreign nationals will be required to pay the rent in three instalments. The first on 1st August equal to 4.5 months rent, the second on 1st January also for 4 months and last for 3 months on 1st April. They will also be obliged to put a higher deposit equal to 5 weeks rent.
