Prices for the Academic Period 2009 to 2010
For all of our properties apart from the town centre flats, our lease is for a 12 month term but you only pay for 11 months as the last month is free.
In the past, students had to trust landlords with their security deposit. We have turned things around and do not charge a security deposit, but trust the students to return the property in the same condition as they had it at the start of the lease. Any cleaning or repairs that would have normally been taken from the deposit will be invoiced to the tenants and their guarantors instead.
TOWN CENTRE FLATS - The lease is 11 months

12 months from 2nd August 2009 to 1st August 2010
with the last month FREE.

- £80.77 weekly / £350 monthly per person which equates to £700.00 for the flat
4 BEDROOM HOUSES
- £76.15 weekly / £330.00 monthly per person which equates to £1320.00 for the house
52 CARDIGAN ROAD
- £78.46 weekly / £340.00 monthly per person which equates to £1360.00 for the house
5 BEDROOM HOUSES
- £75.00 weekly / £325.00 monthly per person which equates to £1625.00 for the house

- £79.61 weekly / £345.00 monthly per person which equates to £1380.00 for the house
3 MAPLE ROAD
- £76.15 weekly / £330.00 monthly per person which equates to £1650.00 for the house
6 BEDROOM HOUSES
- £75.00 weekly / £325.00 monthly per person which equates to £1950.00 monthly for the house
7 BEDROOM HOUSES
- £76.15 weekly / £330.00 monthly per person which equates to £2310.00 for the house
This does not include any utility bills, telephone, TV or internet charges which will have to be put in the tenants' name.
A security deposit will not be required on condition that we have a working parent residing in the UK, act as a guarantor for each tenant and the rent is paid two monthly in advance by post dated cheques.
All foreign nationals will be required to pay a security deposit equal to 1 month rent and the rent will have to be paid in three installments of 4 months rent at the start, 4 months and 3 months.
All applicants will have to pay an administration, management and referencing fee of £100.00. This is payable when signing the lease and is not refundable.
Upon signing the lease and providing the guarantor form, we request 10 post-dated cheques the first being 1st August 2009 and the last being 1st May 2010.
