Selection of Insurance for Students
All our houses already have buildings insurance and landlord's contents insurance. We highly recommend that you take out student insurance cover for all of your contents. This may also cover you for any of your landlord's contents if they are damaged by you or your guests, therefore saving large replacement costs.
Please note that when applying for this insurance, you are not renting an individual room but a house as a whole so your contents will be covered throughout the house and not just your bedroom.
